How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your FoodTrucker account directly from the app:

1. Open the FoodTrucker app
2. Go to your Account tab (or Settings if you are a truck owner)
3. Tap your profile at the top to open your Profile page
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

You can also delete your account from the web at foodtrucker.co/profile.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar)
• Your order history
• Your reviews and questions
• Your favorites and notification preferences
• Your stamp balance and transaction history
• Push notification subscriptions

For Truck Owners

If you are a truck owner, deleting your account will also permanently remove your trucks, menu items, business data, Stripe connection, Square connection, and all associated order records. Consider transferring ownership to another team member before deleting your account.

Data Retention

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. All personal data is removed from our databases upon deletion. We do not retain any personal information after account deletion. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (such as total order counts) may be retained but cannot be linked back to your identity.
